The owner has over 20 years of nursing experience and has worked with various health institutions. The experiences and knowledge accumulated over the years taught the owner the value of professionalism, flexibility, resilience, and compassion in the healthcare industry; all of which we use as our guiding principles in all parts of our operation as a healthcare staffing agency. We understand that each client has unique specifications on the qualifications of professionals they welcome into their team. For this reason, we customize our services so we can make sure that we staff them with individuals they can trust to care for their patients.

I entered the nursing field at 17 years old as A Certified Nursing Assistance so that I could have a positive impact on the lives of others and have a career that felt meaningful. I feel that Nursing is one of the most professionally, personally, and spiritually rewarding careers there is to have. I chose nursing because I have always enjoyed helping others and knowing that my care, touch, voice, and time can help others is one of the most rewarding feelings ever.
Nursing is constantly evolving; there are so many things that you can do in the profession, so you never have to stick to one specialty. I have 20+ years of experience in the healthcare field, 15 years as a CNA, 5 years as an LPN, 7 years of nursing agency, and being a CNA, CPR, and First Aid instructor. As a nurse, I have worked in long-term care, home care, hospice, in a prison, and assisted living facilities.
